Delivery and Refund Terms

Delivery
Credits are added to the account the moment the payment is approved. Delivery is digital; nothing is shipped. A payment that is not approved adds no credits.
How long credits last
Credits bought in a pack never expire; you can use them as long as they are in your account.
Refunds
- A refund of unused pack credits can be requested within 14 days of the purchase.
- Credits spent on runs are not refunded; the service has been performed.
- The credits of a file that could not be made are returned to the account by the studio automatically.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] with your account email and the payment date. The approved amount is refunded to the card that paid through iyzico; it may take a few business days to reach your card, depending on your bank.
