Privacy Notice

Hasan Alkan, as the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), processes the personal data handled in the Dijivera Studio service as this notice describes.
Data processed
- Account details: name, email address, a hash of the password (never the password itself), interface and ad language preferences.
- Product details you add to the studio, product and face photos, and the images and videos made from them.
- Payment records: the pack, the amount and iyzico’s transaction number. If you choose to keep your billing details (name, surname, mobile number, city, address), they are kept on your account for the next purchase; you can delete them in the account settings. Card details and identity numbers are not stored by us; they go straight to iyzico during the payment.
- Security records: sign-in times, IP address and browser details.
Purposes and legal grounds
The data is processed to open and run the account, make the runs you ask for, take payments, keep the service secure and meet legal duties, on the grounds of performing the contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest under article 5 of KVKK.
Transfers
The data is shared only as far as the service needs with these providers: iyzico for payments, Cloudflare for file storage, fal for image and video generation, and Resend for email. Some of them provide their service from abroad.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account is open, payment records for the legal retention periods, and security records for 180 days. You can ask for your account and files to be deleted at [email protected].
Your rights
Under article 11 of KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, ask for information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object. Send your requests to [email protected].

The site uses only essential cookies, to keep you signed in and remember your language; no advertising or tracking cookies are used.
