Distance Sales Contract

This contract is made electronically, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, between Hasan Alkan (the “Seller”) and the person who buys a credit pack on Dijivera Studio (the “Buyer”) at the moment the Buyer confirms the payment. The information shown at the payment step is part of it.

Subject

The subject is digital credits the Buyer spends on AI image and video ad generation in the Dijivera Studio studio. The pack’s credits and its total price including VAT are shown at the payment step.

Payment

The price is paid by card in a single charge through iyzico’s secure payment service. Card details never reach the Seller and are not stored by the Seller.

Delivery

The credits are added to the Buyer’s account the moment iyzico approves the payment, shown on the Credits page and confirmed by email. There is no physical delivery.

Right of withdrawal

Under article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly online or intangible goods delivered instantly. By confirming the payment the Buyer agrees to the instant delivery of the credits. Unused credits can still be refunded under the Delivery and Refund Terms.

Disputes

Disputes under this contract go to the consumer arbitration committees of the Buyer’s place of residence within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to the consumer courts above them.
