What should my product photo look like?

One clear photo with the product on its own is enough; a plain background works best. JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB. Paste the product page link and the pictures are taken from there.

What is a credit?

Every run in the studio spends credits; a static ad takes a few, a video more. You see the amount on the Start button before you run it.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits bought in a pack stay in your account with no end date.

How long does a run take?

Stills are usually ready in a few minutes; videos can take a little longer. Finished files appear in the studio's Results tab.

Which formats are the files in?

Stills come as WebP and videos as MP4; download them one by one or as a single ZIP.

How do I pay?

By card, on iyzico’s secure payment page. Your card details never reach us.

What if a run fails?

Every file that could not be made has its credits returned to your account automatically.

Can unused credits be refunded?

You can ask for a refund of unused pack credits within 14 days of buying them; see the Delivery and Refund Terms.

Which language are the ads in?

Turkish or English; you choose the ad language once in your account settings.
